  • We offer event consulting & strategy - for brainstorming your event ideas. We also offer full planning from conception to execution along with the day of execution (you plan and we execute).

  • In our initial meeting, we will discuss all your event needs and non-negotiables, to determine the scale and magnitude of your event. After your event consultation, we will give you a tailored quote for your event vision and execution.

  • Our team is very hands-on and efficient. We have executed events in less than 2weeks, keep in mind this is not a regular request, as we plan events 1year in advance.

  • We do require a retainer to begin any preliminary work on your event. Upon signing the contract, our fees are structured into 2 phases of payment, the first payment is your 50% deposit paid via e-transfer to our business account, and your final payment is 2 weeks before your event date.
