We offer event consulting & strategy - for brainstorming your event ideas. We also offer full planning from conception to execution along with the day of execution (you plan and we execute).

In our initial meeting, we will discuss all your event needs and non-negotiables, to determine the scale and magnitude of your event. After your event consultation, we will give you a tailored quote for your event vision and execution.

Our team is very hands-on and efficient. We have executed events in less than 2weeks, keep in mind this is not a regular request, as we plan events 1year in advance.

We do require a retainer to begin any preliminary work on your event. Upon signing the contract, our fees are structured into 2 phases of payment, the first payment is your 50% deposit paid via e-transfer to our business account, and your final payment is 2 weeks before your event date.
